Burford House Garden Centre Brings Christmas Magic to South Shropshire
Burford House Garden Centre is gearing up for a season of Christmas magic, unveiling a full programme of festive events designed to delight visitors of all ages.
The centre’s 2025 Christmas line-up promises sparkling lights, family fun, and heart-warming experiences, all aimed at spreading festive cheer and creating lasting memories for local families.
Centre manager Paul Benson said:

This year’s events include a Festive Afternoon Tea, Santa’s Grotto Experience, and a dedicated Baby and Toddler Grotto for children under two.
For youngsters with autism or additional needs, the centre is also offering a Quiet Grotto Experience — a calm, one-to-one session with Santa designed to be inclusive and relaxed.
The main Santa’s Grotto Experience will allow children to meet Father Christmas, receive a gift, and capture the occasion with a family photo.
Burford House Garden Centre forms part of the British Garden Centres Group, the UK’s largest family-owned garden centre network with 73 locations nationwide. Founded by the Stubbs family in 1990, the group has expanded rapidly in recent years, acquiring more than 50 new centres since 2018.
